Yes, most of the problems have been written to be as hard as exam problems or slightly harder. My goal is to challenge you, but not distract you or waste your time with hour-long problems. Every problem has at least one key insight embedded within it, and often two or three.
Yes, all problems are solved using the the NCEES FE Mechanical Reference Handbook PDF. The written explanations call out specific search terms from the handbook to help you quickly find what you need.
Most candidates find the video solutions and written solutions to be quite thorough. While I can’t guarantee that I’ll be able to respond to 100% of the technical questions that are submitted, I will make my best effort to share some insights where possible, especially for questions that come up frequently.

Yes! I give you the background and context you may have forgotten (or never fully grasped back in college) during the context of solving exam-like problems. It may take a bit more time and repetition for you than for a recent grad, but as long as you put the effort in, you will pass.

Yes, there is no long-term commitment required. You can stay enrolled for as many or as few months as you need to prepare to pass the FE exam.
