Full Access Bundle — Pass Guarantee

Mechanical PE Exam Prep offers a Pass Guarantee. When you enroll in the Full Access Bundle, we guarantee that you will pass the PE exam on your first (or next) attempt. In the unlikely event that you use the Full Access Bundle as intended and fail the PE exam, you will be entitled to a full refund.

Eligibility Conditions

In order to be eligible for the Pass Guarantee, all of the following conditions must be met:

1. Allow Enough Time. There must be a minimum of 90 days between your enrollment in the Full Access Bundle and your exam date. This ensures that you have enough time to consume the content deeply without rushing.
2. Do The Work. You must complete a minimum of 90% of the Fundamentals, Daily Insights, and Practice Problems modules by your exam date as measured by the platform’s progress tracker.
3. Communicate. You must schedule a minimum of 2 check-in calls with Dan Molloy, PE via Zoom or phone during your study process for accountability. The first call must be within 30 days of enrollment.
4. Show Up. You must attend at least 3 Live Office Hours or consume 20% of the Office Hours module archive between your enrollment date and your exam.
5. Stay On Track. You must complete the Weekly Study Momentum Scorecard at least 10 times between your enrollment date and your exam. Note: The content of your responses will not impact eligibility, so please report your progress as honestly as possible so that we may support you.
6. Take the Exam. You must show a Failed result within 30 days of receiving it via email to [email protected] to be eligible for a refund. Deciding not to take the exam for any reason does not entitle you to a refund.
7. Forfeit Lifetime Access. If you choose to exercise the Pass Guarantee and seek a refund, you must return the book and relinquish access to the program. If you choose to retain access to the program for use in subsequent exam attempts, you may not obtain a refund.
